White Orchid Productions is a full service event planning and production company with in-house services and a vast network of the top vendors in Southern California to take care of all your event needs.  The company was started in 2003 and has evolved into the event production company it is today out of the owner's previous company, HAUTE EVENTS.

We cover areas like Event Coordination, Flowers, Music, Photography, Linens, Rentals, Hair/Makeup/Skincare...you name it, we do it!  In order to help simplify the process of planning a wedding, we wanted to offer top notch services under 1 contract.  The response has been extremely favorable in that clients now have half or less than half the number of contracts/vendors to keep track of during the stressful time of planning their wedding.  Having more than one service under 1 contract allows some stress relief and free time to enjoy the "being engaged" part that not very many couples get the chance to enjoy when they are wrapped up in all the planning details.

So call us your stress reliever, fairy godmother, whatever your definition of making what could be a hair-pulling experience into an enjoyable experience.

CHRISTINE BAILEY

Christine Bailey has been planning special events since 1998 (weddings since 2002) and has worked on events ranging in size from 20 to over 1000 people.  A former (and still sometime) model and actress from Long Beach, CA, Christine pulls from her fashion background when creating the storyboards for her client's events.  Having traveled extensively since the age of 16, she loves incorporating different global elements with the couple's cultural backgrounds and interests to create amazing, one-of-a-kind events.

Christine got her start in event planning while working for companies such as Black & Decker, Nextel and Toshiba on events like annual sales meetings, product launches and the company Christmas party. After almost four years in the corporate world Christine felt it was time to create her own company and decided to formally establish HAUTE EVENTS in early 2002 and transitioned that company into White Orchid Productions in 2009 in an effort to streamline the planning process for her client's needs.  Her enthusiasm and love for what she does is part of what keeps her clients coming back for her services and her calm demeanor assures every client that things will be very well taken care of.

AMBER HARRIS

Amber got her start in event planning when she worked for a wedding
coordinator in Tampa, where she graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in psychology. While in college, Amber worked in retail for 5 years and she continues to use her training in visual merchandising and attention to detail when setting up and executing weddings. Amber began at White Orchid Productions as an intern and has trained under and assisted Christine Bailey on several weddings. Amber enjoys planning and executing the biggest day of our clients’ lives and strives to make it a day they always dreamed of and will never forget.

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in less than three years from UCLA, she began her teaching career. Later, Katie earned her Master’s Degree at Cal State Los Angeles. From her teaching experience, she cultivated strong communication skills and easily juggles several tasks at once. In addition, she is creative and not afraid to get her hands dirty. Now, Katie is using the skills she has developed from her family and career to create beautiful events. Katie is organized and an inventive problem solver. She is dedicated to her clients and ensures that they enjoy their big events.

CORINA WENTZEL

Corina first entered the event-planning world when she was hired on as a marketing manager and web designer for a coordinating company in Los Angeles. After helping with the design and visual aspects of many events, she took a part-time job with a catering and events company to get behind-the-scenes experience. Here, Corina helped manage a team from setup to tear-down, jumping in whenever necessary to put out any fires. Corina joined White Orchid Productions and uses the skills she has acquired along with her passion for logistics to help ensure all the details are in place. Corina’s passion is to ensure that every event is truly unique and personalized to each and every client.
